Carefully mixed and matured over 9 months, normal Colossus starts out with a 3 month steep, 2 months in an oak barrel, then rested for a month where after it goes through a further 2 month steep in charred coconut husks. Finally it is bottled and steeped for another month as the final product matures into the utterly delectable taste known as Colossus – Private Reserve.
