OXVA Arbiter Solo RTA with its unique dual airflow system, allows you to switch seamlessly between MTL (Mouth-to Lung) and RDL (Restricted Direct-to Lung) vaping, simply by turning the top ring.  Turn left to close the side airflow for MTL vaping and turn right if you prefer RDL vaping.
